The Complete Maintenance Program (CMP) has been created to provide our customers with an alternative method to a maintenance staff.
Our CMP is designed to save on operating costs, enhance safety in the work place and is another value added service that New Electric offers to better serve you with plant efficiency.
Qualifications
New Electric shall provide a qualified licensed electrician or apprentice to administer The Complete Maintenance Program designed for your plant. A New Electric electrician or apprentice will be responsible for the following activities:
- Implementing maintenance schedules throughout the plant
- Providing a level of inventory control for the customer
- Maintaining all tooling and equipment provided by the customer
- Maintaining proper schematics for all machinery in the plant
- Taking out of permits (when necessary) for projects carried out in the plant
- Providing High Voltage Preventive Maintenance on an annual basis
- Setting up and carrying out lighting programs throughout the plant
- Arranging bid packages for tendered jobs
- Inspecting drives
- Providing Infrared scanning to find potential problems
- After hour call-in scheduling and administering
